Hello, I’m Herman Ermal Pobrati (The EVOO Gardener), founder of Little Olive Oil. My story began in the olive groves of Albania, where my grandfather often said, "Every olive has a story."

I grew up enjoying meals made with fresh ingredients and rich, flavourful olive oil, the kind of cooking I still love to share today.

For five generations, we’ve been growing olives in Albania, a country full of unspoiled beauty and tradition. As a garden designer and landscaper, I’ve spent my life working with the earth, creating spaces that feel natural and lasting.

Little Olive Oil brings it all together: my roots, my connection to the land, and a love of simple, honest food. This is more than just olive oil; it’s a reflection of where I come from and the joy of bringing people together over good food.
